Pittsburgh has long been shaped by generations of Italians and Italian Americans—by their labor, creativity, foodways, traditions, and deep sense of community. Yet until now, there has not been a single, dedicated place where this rich cultural legacy could come together, be celebrated, and continue to grow. The Italian Culture Hub was created to change that.
More than an organization, The Italian Culture Hub is a home—a physical gathering place where Italians, Italian Americans, and all those who love Italy can connect, learn, share, and belong. It is a space rooted in tradition but looking firmly toward the future, where heritage is not only preserved, but lived.
Our mission is to unite the Italian community of Pittsburgh through cultural programming, social gatherings, language and conversation, food and cooking, games, storytelling, and shared experiences that reflect both the past and the present. From communal dinners and hands-on classes to conversation meetups and intergenerational events, the Hub will be a place where relationships are built and culture is passed on—naturally, joyfully, and together.
Behind the scenes, months of planning, listening, and community-building have led us to this moment. Located at 7604 Charleston Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15218, The Italian Culture Hub will serve as a welcoming center for cultural exchange, collaboration, and connection.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Italian Culture Hub exists to serve the community—not just today, but for generations to come. Through partnerships, local engagement, and member-supported programming, we aim to strengthen the cultural fabric of Pittsburgh while creating a space that feels like home.

Becoming a member of The Italian Culture Hub means joining a vibrant community of Italians, Italian Americans, and all who love Italy. Members enjoy exclusive access to cultural events, social dinners, Italian conversation meet-ups, game nights, and special programs that celebrate Italy’s living traditions.
Membership also includes discounts on classes and special offers at participating local establishments, while supporting our mission to preserve Italian culture and carry it forward for future generations. This is more than a membership — it’s belonging.
As a Family Member, your household becomes part of a living, breathing Italian community in Pittsburgh. This membership includes two adults and up to two children (12 years and under), inviting your whole family to join in celebrating, learning, and sharing Italian culture together.

The Italian Young Professionals group brings together a new generation of Italians, Italian Americans, and Italy enthusiasts living in Pittsburgh. Today’s city is home to many Italians who were born and educated in Italy and are now fully integrated into the local professional and cultural community—alongside second- and third-generation Italian Americans and globally minded young professionals.
Whether you are newly arrived, here temporarily, or have deep roots in Pittsburgh, this group offers a welcoming place where today’s Italian culture is lived, shared, and reimagined.
